Life can be difficult, even I, a 12 year old girl know that.  Sometimes when I just want to throw my hands up in surrender, I take a step back and take a good hard look.  When I’m angry at school, I think ‘Hey, at least I get to go to school.’  If it’s my room’s too messy, well at least I have things that can make my room messy and cluttered.  After I step back, I’m ready to deal with what’s bugging me.
